I think the ridged chastity 05 is the best device I have used, it is comfortable most of the time, it does not cause a bulge in my pants and when you are pierced and have the PA rod it is very hard to escape (I have never escaped) so it is a bit of a mind fuck also, I also got mine made on the small side so there is no growing when it is on.
