    My goddess recently purchased one of these Kali's Teeth Bracelets.

    They are sold by various retailers including Aliexpress, DH Gate, Amazon, and also other drop-shipping sellers.

    The review.
    This KTB comes with a small padlock, device to screw the pins in/out, and comes in a drawstring bag This hefty KTB has two rows of pins, 18 in total, is 20mm long, and 42mm internal diameter, which brings us to the first problem...

    ...the ring's internal diameter of 42mm. This is way too big for most men, who probably average around 30-40mm diameter when erect. With the rounded spikes screwed all the way in the internal diameter was 29mm. This is about the same diameter as my penis when flaccid, which means that this KTB can be easily removed and even fall off due to the weight. Completely ineffective! Did I mention that it is really heavy as well - over 100g. The pins are rounded and not spiky, and this device was zero deterrent to getting an erection. It did get a bit interesting when about to orgasm though.

    Conclusion - completely avoid this and similar large metal KTBs. Go for something more lightweight and better sized such as 3D printed or the metal one from MCN.

    I have since purchased a "Kali's Grip 35/5/03 - 5 Rows" from Playtime on Shapeways as a successor and will provide a review of that when it arrives.

    If you are up for wearing a kali's teeth device or indeed having the decision made for you I'd say the potential easy access with a screw-driver kind of negates the concept of the original design, practically unescapable and at best very uncomfortable to wear.

    Since I have a rather small penis, I also had problems keeping the Metal KTB on when not in a state of arousal. (It can be embarrassing when your KTB comes off and falls out of your paties and down you leg to the floor when in public!) There was a member on here a couple of years ago that printed a plastic version of the KTB which I volunteered to try out. It works perfectly, is sized correctly and the spikes are neither dull nor adjustable. It stays on unless I completely "Turtle" which seems to be prevented mostly by the constant stimulation of the device.

    Well, the device works fine and now stands prominently on Mistress's dresser as a constant reminder of the possible results of my infractions. While I haven't been required to wear it in a while, it works just fine just standing there on Her dresser!

    Do you have a link to the plastic device you use(d)? I've seen a few 3D printed designs on here:
    The Princess Circe designs (on Shapeways) are rather expensive and has a reputation for being rather narrow.
    The Kalis Grip (also on Shapeways) I purchased as it was reasonably priced.
    There were also some interesting 3D printed designs in the 3D printed forum but I don't have access to a 3D printer.

    It doesn't solve the weight issue. I've managed to screw the pins in slightly further (too far and they fall through, which means start again) to 26mm internal diameter, so we will see if that improves it. Only 5 weeks till I get the 3D printed one from Shapeways.

    If anyone would prefer to fix this issue, just order the longer spikes from eBay

    I reckon 16mm would give you a restricted internal diameter of around 10mm.
    I'm unsure what your screw diameter is, maybe 5mm? Larger ones are easily found

    The point of using a steel one is that it would be really hard to remove,
    plastic devices seem to lack the psychological impact?

    Our KTB ,lacking a base ring , is not practical for permanent use because, as it has already been said,it is too heavy and can slip off when completely faccid,but....it is an excelent device !
    We use it for teasing sessions,the predicament of wanting to be erect,stimulated and the pain it causes when the spikes digg into the flesh is indescribable.
    Many times I have been offered a full orgasm ,but with the KTB on and most times I had to decline the opportunity after several attempts.
    Very few times I have been able to ejaculate,but the intense pain automatically ruins everything,it is completely frustrating.

    I considered getting the longer and sharper pins, but decided getting a much lighter and better sized 3D printed KTB was a better use of my money.

    We had another go last night with the pins in as far as they do before they fall out. Still too heavy, not a deterrent to an erection, but the grip from the rounded pins caused an interesting ruined orgasm.
