I have worn ones but my gut reaction is that it's more of a "fetish" device and you'd need some "low hangers" to wear the Hannibal for any period of time comfortably. Even then, because you testicles would be pushed so fart to the side it may present a challenge in daily life with sitting, bending, stooping, etc.
I have talked to others about this cage. It seems to be more of a fetish cage suited for short term use.
