I think the only way to permanent chastity starts in your head. Its not about the device. If you want to cum, you will cum somehow, or force your way out of the device. In the first place, you need to accept to be in permanent chastity. This starts very easy, but you will really feel what you did after some month of chastity.

And permanent is never totally permanent. Its usually just as long as you are with that woman, and sadly relations sometimes break.

After all the attempts & failures, I have definitely learned that it's not all about the device, but it helps. I think permanent denial is exciting. Castration would be cruelty.
