Yep,I've got 35mm length and 45mm base ring.

Very comfortable to wear 24/7.

But, I get sweaty so need shower daily - probably need to be removed under supervision then locked up again

 

I found that even with their largest size, the tip would poke out the end and rub very uncomfortably in my underwear.

So, I suppose its comfort depends on size and shape of the penis. I could never wear it more than a few hours under clothes.

 

I've got this one, I find it very comfortable to wear 24/7. Only thing I don't like is the amount of access I have to the head of my penis. Also the gap between the base ring and cage is small, and so it can cause burning under your balls. For those reasons I've ordered a custom device (red chili).

 

Experience with chinese cages ..yes .. on the whole they are ok That' goes for plastic, stainless and that biocarbon HT type stuff. and as you say yourself they are pretty cheap, so not much to lose here.

With that particular cage ....No it is far too open for us allowing too much access still looking for someone in the UK that can add bars to a cage like that one or make one from scratch.

 

I have been in the exact one linked in the OP for 10 days now, with a few brief hygiene breaks. As LockedGreg mentioned, I've experienced some discomfort from the head poking out and rubbing. Most of the time it's been fixed with a quick jostle. I'm kept in panties 24/7, and I notice that the slightly thicker pairs are more comfortable and reduce the amount of perceived rubbing.

Another quick note, these devices are fairly short. I had a hard time judging from the description what the actual cage length is. I had previously just about filled out a CB6000, and when "shrunk" I had about a 1/4 inch to spare. With this device, I'm squashed in all the time. I haven't decided whether it's too small or not, but it makes urination pretty easy since I'm always at the end of the cage. Hygiene has been tricky, but at least there's access compared to plastic devices. Where the rings are welded at the bottom makes for an area that holds moisture.

All in all, I'd recommend it for the price.

I had that exact device for quite some time. The lock broke very early on and I had to buy a replacement, someone on here found me a link on Amazon.

When aroused I would like out of the end which was quite annoying.
