Has anyone ever heard of or know any information about.
1 have penis removed down to just head even when hard.
2 have balls removed and have all loose skin removed.
This would not be for sissifacation it would be total orgasm denial so total energy could go towards KEYHOLDER/WIFE.

Having balls removed is called orchidectomy and there is plenty of information to be found here and on other sites. I don't quite see what you are asking for in question one though?

If you mean reducing your penis by removing shaft and re-attaching glans, i think that would be a very difficult surgery, even if you could find a doctor to do it. I think in SRS they often use the glans for creating female parts, but i'm not totally sure about that.

I think the difficulty in reattaching glans would be number of blood vessels, but if not extremely high, could be do-able.

My cousin while having sex was going at it pretty hard when he slipped out and went to go back in and ended up literally bending his shaft in half. Although he admits it hurt like hell and hurt afterwards he still didn’t go to a doctor right away. Part of his penis became gangrenous and he finally went to the doctor. They ended up removing a good portion of the shaft essentially shortening his penis quite a bit he later admitted. So I would say yes it’s possible and as far as I know he didn’t loose much sensitivity.

As far as having your testicles removed it’s a common procedure for a man with incurable or concern of spreading testicular cancer. So that can certainly be done and I would guess there’s even people out there that have had it done for their personal reasons. Only thing is, I’m positive that you lose your sex drive which would make your focus on your kh/ wife lessened and you’re no going to have that desire for her that you get from being locked.

Zero depth vaginoplasty would be more easily obtained.

Also, it won’t prevent orgasms. It would only make vaginal penetration impossible. And without supplementing testosterone, you won’t care about orgasms anyway.

Yes, that is what they do. However, they usually don’t utilize the entire glans.

The thing is, though, that the ultimate goal of total orgasm denial would not be achievable this way. Even men who have had total penectomies are often able to find ways to achieve orgasm. And, obviously, transgender women who no longer have a penis but still have a portion of their old glans reconfigured as a clitoris are still able to enjoy orgasms.

The main thing is sex hormones. Without testosterone or estrogen, you really won’t care about sex or orgasms. You’ll wonder why you ever thought they were a big deal. Sex hormones are what make sex special and enjoyable. Without them, sex and orgasm won’t even be on your radar.

BINGO! This is absolutely correct. Without testicles, you will not orgasm, in part because you won't want to do so. Without a penis, (but with testes) you can orgasm.

He would still very likely be able orgasm, but just wouldn’t ever think about it. I went through a period I was chemically blocking testosterone but not taking estrogen. My testosterone went below detectable range. I effectively had zero sex hormones in my body. I could still masturbate and even orgasm, but I only tried out of curiosity to know what would happen. But I never felt that urge or drive for it.

Fascinating. My testosterone has fallen naturally to very low levels in the past few years, to the point that my doctor suggested replacement. I declined. Now, I only get semi-hard and squirt a drop or two after only a few minutes of stimulation. It doesn't really feel like an orgasm. I guess everyone is a little different.

That is what an orgasm with no sex hormones feels like. It’s nothing special and not something you would even think much about. You can still get there, but it doesn’t really feel like much.
