I need help with a term, if one exists. What would be the correct term for a woman who keeps her husband in chastity while she has sex with other women? Conversely what would the term for the male be (other than lucky)?

Correct Term Mmmm! That's difficult one since a Cuckold is a husband whose wife has sex with other men with the full consent & even active participation from the said husband. So perhaps jaimelynn's suggestion is possibly one to go with i.e. - Cucktress.
Are you asking for a term for a woman whose husband keeps HER in chastity whilst he goes off with other women? If so, I've never heard a specific term for that (other than "grounds for divorce"). The term I've heard most frequently for the woman cuckolding her man is "cuckoldress".
I'm going to vote for Cuckess. I don't think it matters what gender of person the Cuckess is sleeping with, the Cuckold shouldn't be concerned with that.. it's her happiness that counts! As for the female partner, I guess bull-ette is an option.. Can't be calling her the female equivalent of a Bull (a cow! lol). Lover would be fine, as it's gender nonspecfic.
Cuckold he is a cuckold. The issue here is that She is having sex with someone other than him, with his knowledge. As to a definition for Her, She is "doing what She wants." She may be doing what he wants but that would seem to be immaterial with respect to his particular issues.
