Question-Are status updates moderated?

    Just wondering why when I post a status update...it appears on the front page then if i refresh my page it vanishes....are they moderated some how?...I kind of understand if they are...just curious....I don't post anything to untoward so wondering why they don't appear on the front page?...they don't disappear from my personal updates.

    No modration of your Profile Posts happening. No other Mods have been on since you posted.

    Strangely, when I look at New Profile Posts, there your post is. But on the front page of the site your post isn't showing in the list.

    It may be in your settings, or one of these infamous glitches.

    Hopefully @Administrator can clarify for you.

    I think what happens is they automatically get placed in a queue. So each update will remain top of the list for a certain amount of time. So if 10 updates all get posted at the same time they will have to wait their turn.

    yes i think that as well cos if they just went on there straigt away well if a lot did it at the same time then some wudnt ever go on cos there not enough room to see a lot.
