I'm NOT trying to put MM on blast, their customer service is second to none! I'm positive if I were to contact them they would have me ship it back and make it right. That's probably what I would do if it were a problem that caused any discomfort but the device works as advertised. I'm just disappointed after the money spent and the time waiting for this jailbird, that the poor welds are this noticable.

    AGAIN, this isn't meant to bash MM. The jailbird is great. It's just me being curious if this is the norm in the chastity device industry?

    Not in my experience at least not in the upper end such as this is, i would get in touch with them and ask for their opinion, they will probably be as concerned as you are.
