Qiui cellmate device problem "There are already two manual timed rolls"

    Hi, maybe someone here can help as the support so far is non existent.

    In the android app, under toys, I am trying to set a 2 minute timer for my device.

    I set the time and press start.

    I always get the error:
    "There are already two manual timed rolls"

    I have tried reset, unbind, bind as keyholder, bind as wearer.

    It is always the same problem.

    It worked 2 times when I first tested it.

    Can anyone help perhaps?

    I think it can only store 2 or 3 timed rolls, so you will have to use one of the older ones first.

    How does one use a stored roll?

    What is a roll?

    If you did a random roll previously and did not set it to activate automatically, it will be stored as a timer. You will need to use or delete that timer first

    Thank for helping. I fid not. All I did was override a 1minute lock by manually opening. I did that twice while experimenting and it said that there are no more overrides for this month (or something like that)

    I have since discovered that one can somewhere play the stored rolls. I did this and each one was a few seconds of ???
    Thereafter it was ok.

    I wanted this key pod to hold a key for a secondary emergency release for selfbondage.
    I will not be using this as it is way to dangerous and unreliable. The risk is just not worth it.

    I'm having same problem with keypod.
    Also what allow me to connect now says server error

    The way to clear the device's memory is to wear it continuously for at least one year.

    How is that actually possible when you can't been selected any of the timed rolls that you have saved

    I think the solution is comparatively easy. Just expand the list where you have stored the timers.

    When setting the timer you have the option to start immediately or to put that on the list.
