If the administration of pain or discomfort in public are off the table at this time how about humiliation or just proof of one's obedience. In a public setting perhaps having you kneel regardless of whether inside or outside on a wet floor and having you kiss her feet and ask for or even beg for forgiveness again regardless of who might witness this. (not a children's playground obviously) One of the oldest ways of humiliating I know of is to send you to a local supermarket to buy a large cucumber a packet of condoms and some clealy obvious sex-lube and not be permitted to put them in a bag.
