Printable NHS Permanent Chastity Record Card

I created a printable (A6 coloured, double-sided) "parody" NHS Permanent Chastity Record Card inspired by my wife's IUD/Coil card! Think of it as an artefact from a parallel universe near you...

You get a page with the basic record, then, on the back, space to record any interruptions.

There's two more pages if you want to print the accompanying card: "Guidance Notes" and authentic PR copy for the NHS Permanent Chastity Service.

It would be a hot medical fantasy to role play with a broad-minded friend playing the role of the doctor. It's also the kind of thing a couple might fill in together, especially when embarking on permanent or open-ended chastity.

(I'm happy to take requests for reskinning this for other nationalities, especially if you can suggest which organisations would be running a permanent chastity service.)

 

I'm trying to do this realistically from the dominant partner's pov. My feeling is that women who like their men cage-neutered aren't actually that invested in marathons or 100% coverage, they just want "maximum possible without impact on rest of life". So most devices are likely to come off for medical reasons, or for air travel or certain life events.

However, that is only four entries and perhaps there's a kick in keeping that blank.

 

Ah I thought of that. However, this makes it more of a mind game.

Under Review and Remove, the dominant can just fill in "N/A" or even "NEVER".

 

Now you're thinking from the male point of view! This is about her needs, not his.

 

You wouldn't get a dominant, you'd get a therapist who would help you adjust your attitude via aversion therapy, i.e. electric shocks and ice baths.
