Lol OK I would think a piercing is much more user friendly than the obvious alternative which is handcuffs behind the back .

Some devices offer spikes (points of intrigue) or a restraint wedge or similar that presses down on the penis in the tube which make it impossible to pull out. I say impossible but it may not be, certainly the wedge I had on my old device would make it impossible. I'd also point out that such additions to the cage, even if they don't make pull out impossible, tend to make re-entry impossible so a pull out would be caught.

Two (2) other options are a device with a urethral insert AND a rather cunning scheme developed by @Giles_English where the pubic hair is used to prevent pullout (ASSUMING he HAS it that is!!! )

Failing that a full belt would do the trick!!!

I got a smaller cage to make it nice and snug, and I opted for the anti pull out pins, it hurts like hell to pull out and almost impossible to squeeze back in.

 

@Queens_sub the only thing I have found that has the possibility of acting like a PA but not having to be pierced is the Tether spout (http://www.tetherproducts.com/) ... There are 1 or 2 people here on the board that have had great success with it ... personally I have not had the success I hoped ONLY because my urethra is so large (I can fit the largest retainer and it then painfully slips out its way out) ... but I would still recommend it to others to try ...

It does not go deep into the penis like a "normal" urethra insert, if is only in the head of the penis, there is a larger cavity in your urethra right at the head that then narrows again, the tether spout takes advantage of this. As a side note it controls your urine stream well. I like the concept so much and am so close to getting their largest size to work for me that I'm re-ordering the largest retainers and going get a local machinist to create the size I need.

 

I would talk to the good folks at Mature Metal before piercing .. I would guess the cage gap way too big… because I wear Queen's Keep as well… and fortunately or unfortunitly there s NO WAY N HELL I could ever get out of mine! I have a 1/4 gap.

Well I fully understand your reason for the question as we experienced exactly the same issues and not wanting to go down the piercing route just yet there is little on the market at present that prevents this with the exception of a urethal insert device which we do not want to use due to possible internal damage / infection etc. short tern wear maybe but not for us for long term wear. So how did we sort this problem because it is a problem for the mistress knowing that her bitch and leverage her penis out the back of 99% of the devices out there without detection.
Read the thread 'My Wife has asked me to wear a chastity device' where I explain in detail and with pictures how you can solve this problem.
We have solved it 100% and I am proof and can honestly say I can now not extract myself out the back and I have since tried to no evail. Let me know if this works for you as I hope you can stop her doing this.

 

That's certainly an exciting new direction! From what I remember it has a sensor to detect if the penis is in the cage so that's certainly one way of preventing escape.

 

I;ve heard of it and seen some reviews, But to me it seems disproportionately expensive for something like a cb6k. If it could be developed into an integrated item with a steel device, and without outside wires, it could be brilliant. But it's not got there yet IMO.

 

I've read with interest this thread and all comments made. I voted "can't prevent it".

I would like to give my 'vanilla' comment based on my own experience:

A ball trap device without a piercing is unlikely to prevent escape, a full belt does the job quite well, but is not so practical in day to day life and was to my wife a step too far as plain ugly and not sexy. (been there, done that etc.)
A piercing is not for everyone a possible option either.

I believe the best prevention is in the mindset of the individual.

Why would you want to get out when you already experienced the benefits of being in?
When you did not experience the benefits yet, why would you not give it a try to experience them? There are enough encouraging posts on Chastity Mansioh to take away your possible doubts about that aspect.

I consider my (escapable HTv2) cage as a tool, as a reminder, that helps me achieving what I want.
And what I want is to have a happy wife, to stop masturbating, and to enjoy the intimacy and a relation like I was twenty again when we first met.

We (my wife and I) have only commenced our journey, but so far it has fulfilled these expectations quite well.

So why would I throw that all away by even trying to get out or jeopardize our agreement?

 

If it's not wholly online and longterm is envisaged and cost/start-time is not an issue then Lori 2C or (if with piercing) 2D is about as near escape proof as it gets. Individual unique security screws recessed and countersunk: only way out then without keys is seriou cutting tool im very sensitive area.
