    I've wound up with 3 cages and 2 rings from the cherry keeper line. All parts same material and finish. They seem to be made from the same or similar material as the devices I got from CustomChastity.com and other than an initial slight fading/dulling of the surface, they've retained their basic color.
    My suggestion is to give them a good scrubbing before wearing them or exposing them to anything, then run them through the dishwasher to clean the surface and allow the heat to set in the dye.. Then each time the cage requires a thorough cleaning, repeat the scrub/dishwasher thing.
    I've had the authentic and fake CB6k devices, they are molded polycarbonate 'plastic'. The CK and CC are 3D-printed apparently (surgical) nylon which has a little flex and very difficult to break unlike the CBx, hard, doesn't give at all and breaks easily.
