Is there a policy about kicking old threads? I came across interesting posts but feel reluctant when the last reply is older than six months. I am a man and understand: (1) don't do that; (2) only if age < xx time or (3) feel free if the subject is still relevant.

i've never heard of such a policy and notice people kick old threads all the time. The reality is we are re-hashing the same thing over and over again all the time anyways. And there are some older threads with wise words. Lets face some people describe some things better then others, so it can be very relevant IMO.
