It looks to be copy of the Holy Trainer version 3 with a lot more air holes in the tube. It's not clear what it's made of but they do say "medical grade PC" which I believe means polycarbonate. There have been reports of other devices made of polycarbonate (including the original CB series) splitting along the seam. Generally speaking the Holy Trainer is well liked but as with any full tube device, hygiene can be an issue. This seems to be an attempt to address that issue. I have handled this device but I might be inclined to say that if you want a Holy Trainer clone, then buy that and add your own vent holes.
Thank you, I don't know how to add my own vent holes so because of hygiene, I think the air 1 is my best choice.
