İ want to make a larger gap with my jailbird İ have a overall lenght about 60 mm at bottom pelvis to the tip İ dont want to this lenght should be larger more than 60mm My flaccid size is 2 " and my current device's gap is 3/8 İ want to go with 11/16" gap so then cage will be to long i think So than should i shortenest the cage lenght by making the gap bigger and go one size small with the cage lenght? Overall 60 mm is perfect for me only i have problems with the gap
why do you want a larger gap? If the gap is too big then your balls will slip through, then its not going to work. Is there something wrong with the current gap of 3/8?
I too advise to contact Mistress Mature Metal. She helped me with my problem and when I got my Jailbird back, it was perfect. Been wearing it over 4 years in comfort. As another poster said, if you go too large with the gap, your balls can slip through. I am on the borderline of that. Maybe twice a year I will wake up with the device only on one ball or as happened the last time, completely off and somewhere in the bed sheets.
Add me as one to echo Vinny. I too had mine adjusted. In fact, the only way to get it perfect is to do so. Mature Metal is great to deal with. They're wonderful people and take pride in their products. Plus they're just nice to talk to. So call them, send in your JB and get it adjusted right as it's worth the time and expense.
