Perhaps, perhaps not. To be honest, I think that that type of "Permanent" is a bad idea. Someday, it will likely need to be removed for a medical procedure.

As far as the question about wearing a short urethral tube all the time, that is likely to be fine, however grade 5 titanium alloy is a better choice than stainless steel. The steel is likely to contain nickel, which can sometimes cause reactions.

I have gone over 300 days wearing a titanium device with a short tube in place without removal.

I think permanent urethral tubes are a bad idea… Definitely if you try a short urethra tube would be better advised… Problem is, it could cause an infection it has to be removed.

I agree with the comments about the urethral tube and infections. If it's so short, maaaybeeee.....?
Would love to hear from someone who has bought/been locked in this cage and actually used the perm clips...

You are rigth about the urethra tube.
Do the permanent locks just apply to the scrotum bar?

The gentleman is correct… The headless screws locked the entire cage not just a scrotum bar so once they’re used, you will not be able to remove the device or the tube without destroying the cage

Ask a medical professional instead of an online kink forum. :+1:

That being said I've had stainless steel in/through my urethra for.......11 years now. So maybe ask someone who's a professional at body modification (which I suppose is the same as above).

But then consider the need for an MRI

Hi there, I have had a titanium Spout and retainer in my urethra for about 10 months now without removal so in support of others above :).

If it was going to be a problem I expect it would have presented by now.

I don't expect to be removing it ever, if need be I could remove it in a minute or two. What I can see of it is still as shiny as the day it went in.

Generally released from cage every week or so, but the spout and retainer stays in during sex much like a PA, however in theory the cage could stay on permanently as I have worked out a very good cleaning method.

Technically is it possible? Sure I’ll bite. But someone would need to be the rare exception to the rule.

People need to be ABLE to remove these things. Disposable custom chastity devices sounds like a great way to get horny guys to keep buying the same cage over and over.

I mean you could just pop those clips out with a small screwdriver. It's a total bitch to do so but still possible. There would be much giving up and probably it would just stay on.

I was embarrassed to learn from another gentleman on this forum that those little "C"-shaped spring-steel clips are easily removable. Sure, it looks like they're in there forever when they're in place, but this gentleman says they are routinely used in remote-control (RC) model cars and need to be removed frequently. He has a special tool. He says he could remove these in two seconds.

    Peace!!

I imagine some JB weld would do just as good causing destruction of the cage to remove it.

Amazing! What’s the secret for keeping clean? I’ve often wondered if such a length of time without removal was possible. The longest my sub has worn his without removal is one month.

I've posted on other threads what happened to a gentleman when we a were at a gathering and a doctor among us spotted an infection on him. The doctor told his wife to get him to an ER. She'd put the cage on "permanently". They didn't want to go to an ER with the cage on him. The host had one of those whirly buzzy thingies and I volunteered husband to get it off of the gentleman since husband is handy. He did it without burning or hurting him. Husband said his worst fear was the metal getting hot and burning the guy. but he used some other stuff and a lot of ice and didn't burn him.

He got it off the guy but it was ruined.

Husband barking orders and "bring me this", "get that" "I need something for_______________" while dressed in his maid dress and fully made up and perfumed did provide a little comic relief.

I compare it to what you read on some of these pornography sites about a Mistress locking her slave in a cage and leaving him for long time. That's dangerous, too. What if there's a fire? Husband says even worse, most people don't know when their furnace is bad. He said something in it (I forget what he called it) cracks and the house will fill up with carbon monoxide real fast and you won't even know what's happening. He says everybody should have a carbon monoxide alarm plus the smoke alarm. He's got five or six in our house.

That's a fantastic image. And kudos to your husband.

"Numbered plastic, one-time-use lock on container holding emergency key" is as close as we'll ever get to permanent.

I think you need to keep him challenged totally. If that means he handles long term give him permanent. What are you losing if you do? Can you rely on him to obey all instructions if he's permanently chaste? If so do it.

I am not only concerned about an infection. What about surgery? When you go in for surgery, they want only you and nothing else in the operating room.

Similar thing about an MRI. The last time I had one, there was a big LED sign overhead the entrance to the room containing the machine: "NO METAL ITEMS ALLOWED PAST THIS POINT ". I am paraphrasing, but it left an impression.

As a person ages, the probability of needing surgery or some other procedure which would require removal of a device approaches 1. That is called reality.

    My 2 cents.

First you have to define, what is permanent.

Is there a mechanism to remove the cage by purpose or is it required to use damaging tools?

Others have mentioned that the latter is not a good solution.

    I share that opinion.

    Means permanent never opening?

For me this requires that the penis should be circumcised. With the foreskin in it’s natural position a long term wear is not hygienic. Retracted tends to develop edemas.

To make pull out impossible either a tether spout or a Prince Albert piercing can be used.

For infinite wear, the hair should be removed by laser or similar treatment.

So I see the following steps:

    • Get the penis circumcised
    • Start hair removal
    • Find a cage design which supports cleaning and skin care
    • Decide which pull out prevention
    • A Burg-Wächter lock can be picked, but secured with a cable seal. There are very small numbered seals available

There's no such thing as truly permanent short of surgery. Medical procedures like MRI's will need to be done at some point. Men need to see urologists etc. At some point the device will have to come off even if it's once every couple years. At that point its a matter of its worth destroying the device or not.

I think most people would agree that welding a cage closed forever is not practical, but being required to always wear a cage unless medically necessary still counts as permanent. The same applies to a wedding ring - it's a commitment. At least in my book.
