I find it makes things less stressful knowing my Lori cage is permanently sealed on with no keys. If there were keys i'd always be thinking about getting them, if i were allowed a release i'd always be obsessing over that date, counting down days, etc. Cutting off the steel bars to be able to get off the PA pin would be extremely difficult and prohibitively dangerous, and it appears I don't have enough room to pull off the PA pin anyway. So I don't think about trying to cut it off, it's not a realistic option. My penis is only about 3" hard so nobody would be using it for anything other that me jerking off. Knowing that it's locked away and forever off limits means i can focus on other things and not obsess over release dates.

 

I think I made this point previously, but putting glue of any kind in the lock mechanism is merely symbolic as the hasp of small locks can be cut so easily. Much more effective would be to smear a small quantity of epoxy glue on to the guide pins and locking pins before fitting the cage. After a couple of hours the lock could be removed and thrown away, as the cage would be permanently locked in place. Plastic devices would now be difficult to remove, and stainless steel devices almost impossible to remove.

After emailing Lori she recommends punching down the center pin and filling with JB weld.

Can you clarify for me please? Do you really mean permenant or indefinate? If permenant, have you accepted ALL of the ramifications of that choice? e.g., hygiene, potential health impacts, etc.

I am intrigued on the permanent ie for conceivable future brake the lock stuff . I would think much easier to deal with . So no more sex take up model boats thinking. .

yes my lori cage is permanent, the PA pin is epoxied in place along with the locking screw. i've been in it over 15 months now. hygiene is no problem due to the open design of the lori #5, i can keep it very clean and have not had any problems. If it has to be cut off for medical reasons then surely it can be. nothing is every truly permanent. but cutting it off is too tricky and difficult for me to do myself, so i'd never risk trying. it's extremely comfortable (no teste ring) and as frustrating as it can get, i've gotten used to it and i'd feel totally naked without it.

 

Lori's an expert. If she recommends a method it's almost certainly the best way.

My gf told me she had been thinking. Always a worrying prospect when its in relation to my being locked and denied.

I have never experienced the lock up bit.
