I am very familiar with this problem. I told my Wife/Mistress this very morning that if She wanted me locked up i had to choose different panties for the day.
And here you are asking this question.

I have several pairs of the "Platinum" panties from costco of all places.
i get the medium rise in packages of three.
Other than that I look for panties with a wider than average gusset and room in the front.

The costco panties are very plain and made of nylon and very silky when they are new.

I am wearing the pink ones as i type this.

So hows that? Anyone else?

Essentially any "hi-rise" brief or a regular brief will have (almost) enough room for a smaller/shorter CB device. Bikini and boyshorts won't have enough material, and one or both of your testicles will hang out and be easily abraded by the inseam of your pants.

Looser-fitting panties are best! Don't make them too tight. If they're too tight, they'll squeeze your scrotum up against the bottom and sides of the cage, and after an hour or two you'll start feeling pressure soreness in the areas being squeezed most!

You might also want to look into a custom-fitted stainless device with an even shorter cage than the CB-6000s. Many "average" men can fit into a 1.5 or 1.75-inch cage (or even shorter) no problem. My 1.75-inch Mature Metal Jailbird fits well into many panties (even certain boyshort/hipster cuts like in my photo to the left) and has a low-enough profile to look just fine in tight women's stretch jeans and most women's pants.

i find that it depends on what you're doing, or not doing. At night, i wear the laciest, flimsiest, loosest panties i can find... for comfort. Daytimes if i'm dressing as a woman, i wear "support" or "control" panties. They are the only ones that hide the bulge from the CB. regular panties won't do that, and you'll wind up with a crotch line that has an embarrassing bulge.
