So I'm looking at getting a new cage for one of my subs. Which is more secure, pa or urethral tube? Also which restricts the penis more? Which makes it harder to cum in and finally. How long can you wear a urethral cage without getting a urinary tract infection. Anybody wearing theirs long term?

I suppose this is a question for those who have tried both. Why do you prefer one over the other etc.

A PA or some other type of piercing is a must if you want security. Even if the device seems to fit well, what they don't tell you is that under warm water in the shower, things get considerably looser.

My device has a short urethral tube, and the PA lock attaches to that. A short tube has other advantages, but does not provide security by itself.

A longer tube is not safe, can lead to infection and other injuries.
