Curious if anyone has used this or is using it. The PA part looks pretty impossible to insert. Maybe it unscrews somewhere.
That is a very good question. The part that unscrews appears to be the part that would be inside the urethra, so not sure how you'd do that. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXDF93J9/
