    I am a little sceptical about the effectiveness of the PA-5000 (as well as similar devices by Centurian). I think that if the glans were stimulated, it might be possible to ejaculate and orgasm.

    So PA-5000 and/or Centurian tube - have you managed to cum with it on?

    I have. But it's definitely not as easy as without PA5000.

    Although after a few days without orgasm I can cum with clothes on, just with aneros-clone in my butt, no touching of penis required.
