Hi guys, So I ordered a Steelheart with integrated lock last month. Paid for it so I guess I'm currently in the queue. Apparently my shipping date is June. That's fine by me. If all goes well I imagine my chastity journey will look something like this :- 2022 (Winter) - Steelheart // 2022 (Autumn) - Looker 02 // 20XX (In a committed female-led LTR) Circumcision + PA 20XX (After healing and stretching) - Steelworxx PA Tube + Rigid Chastity PA Model Anyway, to the matter at hand. Since I ordered I actually decided I needed slightly different sizes when it came to cage/tube diameter and overall length. The "contact form" on the Steelworxx website wasn't working for me so I sent at e-mail to Dietmar at info@steelworxx.de informing him of the alterations I'd like and the new sizes. My question to you guys is, will he read it? And is this the correct thing to do? Does he usually respond? I don't want to bother the guy, but I also would like to get his confirmation that my requested alterations have been seen and that they are OK to do. Any advice is appreciated.

That's reassuring. Did you use the same e-mail as the one I listed? What was the normal response time? (Sorry for all the questions, I guess I'm just a bit nervous, this being the first actually half way expensive device I've paid for)
Yes, same email address. Not sure on response times. Don’t worry, he’s a reputable supplier, been in this business for years. His devices are brilliantly made, worth the wait.

You've got the correct email. Usually he is pretty quick to respond. Hopefully he hasn't already started manufacturing your device. I'm sure he will be able to change your sizing if not. Good luck with the Steelheart, I daily wear one and it has been the best device I've ever owned.
Thanks, man. He has responded to me twice so it's all good. First to adjust the sizing slightly, then again to add a "security seal hole" in the A-Ring. Can't wait for it to arrive. June/July time is the forcasted shipping date. so I'm guessing some time in August I wil receive it.
I ordered a Steelheart from Dietmar some years ago...I requested he shorten the overall length after my initial order. Everything worked out just fine.
