    Are there any other chastity options for a guy who is high and tight, other than a piercing?

    I am high and tight. Working with CB ring cages. For me it's just been matt8of selection of correct ring diameter.

    I am limited others may give you more feedback.

    Yeah just make sure you have a decent sized ball gap on your device of like 1/2 inch. You could also look for devices that are cut at an angle at the base of the cage rather than straight down allowing more room for your balls.

    These things will make the device "less secure" but let's face it... these devices are more symbolic representations of what we are trying to accomplish anyway.

    Cherry keeper offer multiple angles to set the gap and you can buy different ring only to adjust.

    Mature metals offer stud ring you can adjust in field to fit proper gap.
