so I have been getting severe ball burn from the chastity devices -- CB600s, hinged ring and solid ring. If i reduce sizes my balls slip out. if I trap the balls, the skin catches and burns like hell. lube doesn't help(actually only helped the balls slip out). Seems I am a bit bigger around, with smaller testicles.
not interested in piercing or permanent body mods.

Did you mean CB6000s? That's what I have, but no hinge? If it's the same one have you tried a shorter spacer? That should keep your balls from escaping.

Also, I use a lot of lotion on my sac and penis when I put it on. I put more on the sac before I go to work and then when I get home and before I go to bed. It helps. You'll never get rid of all the discomfort, the pinching and pulling when you're trying to get erect, and some burning. But it shouldn't be unbearable. If it's bad don't endure the pain, take it off.

Hey man, did you give it a try? Did it work for you? I should've mentioned I also wrapped the ring in electrical tape. It helped keep the burn away.

You can dip your ring in PlastiDip as well. Makes it harder to slip out and each dip makes ring a little tighter.

Any reason why the plastidip spray wouldn't work instead of actually dipping?

I guess it might. The spray is a LOT thinner and messier and would take many applications. A can of the dip is only about $8 USD.

Hi - am new here - this is my first post after my intro post. Does plastidip adhere reasonably well to the plastic in CB6000? Would like to change color of the "tube" portion of mine with plastidip!
