One Ball issues with devices

There are devices that fit over the penis, but do require a piercing. Other options might include a full belt, but those can be expensive (if anyone even still makes them).

 

A Prince Albert piercing and a cage like my GlansArmor v2 by MaleChastityNow works great! I really like my piercing and recommend getting one, for chastity and decoration. The GA2 can be worn for all occasions, save an MRI.

There is no reason that you can’t find a device that works with one ball. I’ve done it intentionally. Just make sure the base ring is tight enough so that the penis has a tight squeeze to get into the ring after the ball goes through and that your gap between cage and ring isn’t too big. Erections can be tough though as it’s easier to pull one ball really tight.

If you don’t want a piercing, look at Lori’s non piercing option. Expensive but you won’t spend a small fortune on trying other devices.

 

There are a number of firms making full belts. I have one made by @BehindBarzBelts and it doesn't rely on (or even need) a cock ring for security.

 

ooh I was gonna say praps that the man who makes the cages for folks wud make one for you with a very very tiny ring and then that wud fit ok then.

 

Maybe try a Khali's teeth bracelet?

I don't see your problem as being only having one testicle, more that your gap measurement is all wrong. A big problem with getting the right fit is that with nearly every cage, the cage bottom ring and the base ring are different diameters, and unless they're centred on the same centre point (they never are) the separation between the two rings varies all the way around, being smallest at the front/forward and largest at the rear/bottom.

Either try a smaller base ring, of the mathematically correct engineering solution will be to either have the rings each side of your scrotum centred on the same centre point, or (even better) have the bottom ring of the cage the same diameter as the base ring.
For the latter it could either be an additional ring next to the normal base ring, or just have a slightly conical 'tube'.

A lot of problems are caused by those two rings being different sizes. Having the scrotum between two rings that are the same diameter will make the "gap" equidistant all the way around, so two problems eliminated, no pinching and no slipping out.

This solution isn't only applicable if you have just one testicle, everyone could benefit. I think all devices could be much more comfortable if just a little effort was put into the design of the "gap".

 

Bon4 makes a very small ring designed for those with one testicle. You might look into that.
