Unfortunately I will have to claim ignorance with the xtube video but I know my wife and I have used the good old fashioned Orajel and that along with a desensitizing condom works amazing. No matter how long or how hard I tried I just could not get over the edge. It was the longest I have ever been having penetrative sex and not came. The anesthetic creams take a while to work, and you have to make sure you apply it all the way down past the base of your penis. Put it on for at least 30 min before having sex, and it should work very well.

i put it mostly on the head especially that really sensitive spot on the bottom but a little on the shaft part way back. i rub it in a little but not a lot. yes you should wear a condom because you will either numb her or her juices will wash it off. If you want to do it without cumming yourself use a Trojan climax control condom. They come in a black box, that is why i refer to them as black rubbers. i don't have a PA so i can't speak to that.
