Notable effects after 1.5 year chastity

I have been in chastity 24x7 for a little over 1.5 years. I have had orgasms about once a month during that time. I get teased frequently. I still leak a lot of precum when I'm teased, but maybe not as much the first week after an orgasm.

Not noticiably when I'm out of the cage. Early on, I was constantly horny and pressed against the confines continuosly. Now, it's gotten much more normal and I don't fill the cage as much all of the time.
