I personally advocate physical castration as punishment. I think this would act as a massive deterant for most rapes. I think there will be less false claims too if this was the punishment. I think with that we also need improved education in schools - 'no' means 'no'. And to add one more thing. I don't think any male has the excuse in any situation of rape. Non-consensual is rape.
