Non-Sexual Activities in a FLR

    I wanted to start a community bulleted list of non-sexual activities that you have personally built a routine around with your partner. Hopefully, you feel that these activities have increased or could increase the physical & emotional intimacy you have with your partner.

    • Get your partner's coffee/breakfast ready for them in the morning before they head on their way.
    • Help them with a cumbersome solo task; like painting their nails or putting a necklace on.
    • Give them that extra relaxation by rubbing their feet or neck while they enjoy their coffee, tea, etc...
    • Let them take a bath or treat them to a spa-like experience while you attend to them; not expecting any more than to let you help them sink deeper into a state of relaxation.
    • Bring them their favorite snack or indulgence at an appropriate time.
    • Don't forget to tell them how much you appreciate them and their actions at the end of a long day while you embrace them.
    • Cuddle with them and remember, you don't always have to be in the same role/position. Sometimes you can be the big spoon, the little spoon... Try cuddling with their legs while you lie down at their feet...
    • Try an activity with them that they are comfortable with; for example, they might like yoga. Help them get into some deep stretches, and look at some couple's poses. Maybe they are a gamer, take a crack at it with them & have fun.
    • Back rubs, and massages in bed...

    • readjust her car parking at the porch (goddesses are still terrible at parking..)

    Caged or not I am the coffee maker.

    I try to do additional chores like getting the kitchen straightened up and the counter cleared off. Ms N doesn't like clutter at all.

    I like it when she takes the kids and leaves the house. I throw on some nipple clamps and get some extra chores done.

    One of the greatest honours afforded me by my Mistress was to clean her knee boots and to help put them on and take them off - as a treat I could sometimes lick the soles of her feet and kiss goddess' toes.

    All the while her telling me I'd be doing this for years to come.

    • Do most daily chores
    • Run errands she doesn't like to do
    • Plan and cook meals
    • Paint her nails (especially toes)
    • Assist her in her daily bathing/showering (towels etc.), hairdressing
    • Clean the toilet when she has finished

    I do everything mentioned plus:
    • Make the bed every day
    • Lay out her robe next to the bed before she gets up
    • Lay out her bra and panties next to the shower
    • Organize all of her accouterments for getting ready in the morning
    • Write a love note in dry erase marker on the mirror every day
    • She insists on doing her laundry, but I always fold her bra and panties and put them away (protocol is this is done with nipple clamps on and on my knees)
    • She loves to cook, but I always do the dishes
    • I take care of all finances
    • Get her ice water before bed every night
    • Turn down the bed and put a chocolate on her pillow.
    My purpose is to Surrender, Submit, Sacrifice, Serve, and Me Lovely’s pleasure and happiness is my reward.

    -All the normal daily household chores
    -All lawncare
    -Auto maintenance within reason
    -90% of the grocery shopping
    -Most errands like running to beauty supply store or picking up online orders for her
    -Daily foot rubs or shoulder rubs
    -Friday night is hot oil, full body massage

    Really I handle just about everything she doesn’t feel like doing, however, she’s not evil or heartless about things. If I’m not feeling great, she doesn’t expect me to wait on her etc.

    Since I’m home most of the time, I do 95% of the chores. My Queen will help out and maybe do a deep clean on things once in a while as she decides. And if there’s a bigger project, she’s always game to jump in and get her hands dirty too.

    The one area I would like to up my game is in the kitchen, I do cook a few meals, but I’m not real confident about what to prepare. And I find that the most frustrating aspect of providing service, it’s tough coming up with different meals. I really respect those who can just come up with meals on the fly and whip something up lol

    I really do enjoy making her life easier, knowing I can take stress off her shoulders brings me satisfaction

    I make sure her car is always filled with gas. She made it clear before we were married (33 years ago) that she will NOT pump gas. I love it since it makes her happy!

    I'd definitely recommend some cook books based on you're tastes.

    I love cooking and can be pretty inventive (in a rustic way), however I love flicking through a cookbook of a particular cuisine and picking something.

    I'd highly recommend buying a book with pictures for each recipe. Really helps you make decisions.

    Date Night.

    I have made it my business to know what my partner is interested in to a serious level of detail. Whenever
    we talk part of me is learning about her interests and I remember what I hear. I have also made it my
    business to monitor the life of our city -- music, art, lectures, movies, and so on. I read the restaurant
    reviews.

    2 or 3 times a month we have "Date Night". I find a match between her interests and what is going on.
    When we started this custom we would discuss our choices, but over time she has learned to trust
    my decisions. I tell her the day and time of our next date and suggest in a general way what she might
    like to wear but I don't mention specifics. She spends the next few days anticipating what we are going
    to do, which she finds a happy buzz. When we arrive it is usually a pleasant surprise.

    I don't think much has changed from before chastity.

    I do most of the cooking as I enjoy it and everyone enjoys the results.

    I read aloud to her. She has always enjoyed my voice and so while we say we read togeher I'm basically a walking audiobook.

    Just one thing in yr initial post...about "cuddling"! I find that to be a pretty sexual activity...in fact any body contact with my lady gets my chaste cock quite tense and tearful.
