night time erections hurt my skin. Should I take my holy trainer off?

I have the HT3 too, and have experienced similar nocturnal erections and wake up pains when first wearing it. I’d suggest keeping going for a while to see if you get more used to it. Obviously, if you get really painful sores you should take a break for a few days.

 

Maybe try a bit of lube around the base ring too?

 

Just my view, try coconut oil instead?

All kidding aside, I use baby oil gel, a little goes a long way and last the whole day, I just reapply before bed.

Calamine and glycerine cream (Boots) is excellent for rapidly calming irritated skin.
Highly recommended and very cheap. The zinc oxide in it is well known as great for skin.

 

Take it off and check for seams. You can fix these - carefully - with a craft knife.

I prefer not to lube/moisturise. That way the ring stays seated during erections, and doesn't try to tear off my balls...

I have suffered through the same pain the last week as well wearing my Holy Trainer V3. During the day I was completely fine even working in a industrial maintenance environment. Yet in the middle of the night I am awoken by the burning almost torturing pain in my tiny balls. My wife removed my device last night due to the pain. She picked the HT because it was pink and it also easily goes through the airport scanners as I travel a lot. If we continue locking me up I may have to switch to a powdered coated metal device.

 

i get the same irritation from my Bon4. after showering, a bit of A and D ointment behind the ring soothes the skin and makes it comfortable for the whole day

 

I have a holy trainer V-2, which should be somewhat similar. What I do is before going to bed, I lube with a little baby oil, but the most important part is if you get woken up when you feel this just push the base slightly forward. It will not be on the same area and allow you to sleep or at least fall asleep. After a while you'll just sleep through it.

 

Yes, at least through the airport x-ray scanners. I have worn my Holy Trainer through airport security on multiple occassions and have always been cleared and that is also while diapered was well.

I have the same issue after several nights wear. I believe it is the bunched up skin folded over itself when the ring pulls up during night time erections. When I wake up I just pull the skin right to get the folds out and I am fine

When erection happens it pulls balls away from the body and that hurts.
Normal suggestion is to use lube or oil or lotion.
I used baby oil. It was a bit better. The device moved more smoothly. But the discomfort was still there. Thing is I used a lot of baby oil. All over the base ring. And a lot.
So I used different approach. No more oil. Just small amount of lotion and only behind balls. Result? I don't wake up at night at all any more. When erection happens there is not enough friction, cage is full, but does not move away from the body, so no pulling on my balls.
Worth a try.

 

One of the best solutions I found is to make a little belt out of string type rope and tie it to your body preventing it from pulling the balls to far away which is when the pain, chaffing and extreme soreness comes in. If you are craftier making a belt from a coated cable and crimpers is even sturdier and can be worn 24/7. Once i added the belt all of the problems you have went away and haven't looked back. Here is the cable belt I made from a little home depot trip that solved all my problems which were the same as yours

Sissy had done the same, it added the belt, and it works very effective...

 

Awesome! Making a little belt like that is the game changer for all ball trap devices. I won't even think about wearing one now if a belt isn't attached to it. Thank you much for sharing

 

I use an elastic belt to my balltrap cage, but it still gets pushed out. Might have to add a third cord underneath thereby preventing any movement, at all

 

I have made a belt out of some chain I ordered of ebay. Results are yet to be made.

 

I would also like to suggest nivea for any chaffing or rough spots.
