I am new to this and as such still have control of my key, I bought a CB3000. after a bit of time sizing everything right and a few failed nights of sleeping with it on, i had to remove it. Monday 3/8 was my first successful night of sleep. ever since monday i have been locked up. my goal is to make it to next monday. whether i unlock then or go for another week is not yet known.

yes once you get the fitting correct then it be no problem right now i been lock for one month so far longest i been lock has been 6 months yes sleeping when you first wear it can be very difficulty
Thanks for the welcomes all. I am at 6 of 7 days. one more to go and I made my first week. Not using the key in my nightstand to free myself has been difficult.
Will Power!!! I understand the key in the night stand. That's were mine are too.. But you can control yourself and be your own K/H if you have the will power. Other than that, Look into the Time Lock program, I have and use it from time to time. Is a thrill to hear that lock click, hiding the key from you till when ever!! I agree that a K/H would be the best, but you could still get a lot of baggage with one. So I'm happy to be my own K/H, if my wife held them, I would never be locked, and I'm much harder on Tanya than my wife.. Missy Tanya
Well i did make my week, i decided to release myself after that. i think I will try a 2 week period next.
