I see no problems. Lots of men enjoy SPH and if you're girlfriend enjoys it too, that's even better. Actually a small size when flaccid has no real consequences as larger size is only important when erect. Even then, many women may be satisficed with what you have. You are wearing a cage that restricts your access, and your growth. A small cage seems especially appropriate.
