New PA piercing and swimming

    So I was hoping to get a PA piercing during the winter and be healed by summer for swimming, but it didn't work out. If I wear a condom over the piercing while swimming, should that be enough to keep things protected, or should I just wait till this swimming season is over?

    You should talk to your piercer and/or doctor.
    Personally I’d wait as I think the risk would be too high. Bu.t that’s just my opinion.

    Not recommended. Until it is healed.

    I used a condom over mine while it was only a few weeks old so I could go in hot pools while visiting friends. Worked fine.
