    First off hello to everyone !!! We have been married for 9 years and together 15 . It hasn’t been easy but our love has always been there for each other! I am happy to say my Wife is my best friend. Our reason to being at this site and a few others happen to stem from my adolescent and teenage years. I am a victim of sexual trauma in my adolescence. I couldn’t tell you the exact years but I know it was over a few years every summer where my older cousin continued to take all his sexual aggression and whatever our on me. I honestly felt guilty about it all. Fast forward a few years and I had a Father who was unhappy with his career and his marriage and took it out a few times a year on me. I lived with it until I was around 16 and I was a little stronger and in pretty decent shape. But all this created a shit storm of built up rage and hopelessness . In all this self pity and the “ why did this happen to me “ stuff I began to sleep with anyone. Man or woman it didn’t matter. And when I wasn’t having sex I was masturbating. Hours on in. This went on into my 30’s . I met my Wife and I pushed her away yet she insisted on us dating or just hanging out. Well over time I guess it turned into us together. Now in this time I began self medicating with alcohol and still hiding the fact I would self pleasure myself for hours on end. Like up to 12 hours. Well we were married at this point yet I was distant from touch and letting anyone kiss me really. Yes I was a mess lol! Well I guess I came to a point where I started working out and running long distances. I was able to stop drinking and my Wife began supporting my passion for long distance running and triathlons. Well the masturbation issues we’re still here. I would use vacation days for time for self pleasure. All the while ignoring my duties as a husband . We would go weeks without having sex. Well all this came to a head this New Year . I told my Wife I needed locked up from myself and I also needed her to take control of things that were done around the house to help out.     In my opinion with an active lifestyle a lighter stainless cage would suit you best. I would have you look at the Contender from Male Chastity Now.     I went with a Custom Chastity Ghost model that is made of surgical plastic. I should receive it shortly. But the MM device is for those non training times . But I definitely will look Male Chastity for sure now! Thank you so much

    Yes I followed MM's instructions of undersizing the length the amount they suggest and measured the diameter of the cage at smallest. Fits like a glove when soft with no movement of my penis inside the cage. No irritation during running and easy to handle night time erections, just pressure no pain. Hope that helps.

    Hi Lloyd and welcome to the Mansion. New to chastity and new here too! Thank you for your very honest account of your journey up to this point. Some of what you say resonates with me. I've always masturbated selfishly regardless of being in a relationship and I think part of the reason for it has been stress relief due to historical issues. I just feel l need to get a grip on it (in a different way lol) hence submitting to self caging and hopefully better management of my erections and urge to masturbate.
