This belt is designed to ride very low, lower than where your waist belt may rest. I suggest putting on a waist belt, If you can get the belt to 37-37.5” while also able to measure crotch from front to back (to the side of penis) to around 14” this belt should fit you

A fellow member here asked me to retake my measurement of the inside of the waistband and I owe a big "THANK YOU"! You know who you are and I appriaciate your asking. Using a tailors tape measure stuck to the inside of the belt I show between 36 1/4" and 36 5/8". The middle hole is approximately 36 7/16"
