Hello! I finally got an email two weeks ago to the Day that the belt from Neosteel was shipped. However, it has not arrived nor are the tracking numbers showing any activity outside of Germany (I’m in the US). I’ve read from many it took two weeks to arrive, yet according to the tracking number it hasn’t left Germany yet. What were your delivery times into the US? Thanks for your help!
It took a little over 2 weeks to east coast USA for me. Once the package clears customs and is in the US, you can find the USPS tracking # form the dhl website, I had to drill into the details to find that tracking #, and you will only see it AFTER the belt get to the USA. Before that time its a bit nebulous as far as shipping progress.
