Hello, For those in the United States who have ordered Neosteel belts I have a question regarding the address. When I put my shipping address into the website the format comes back: Name Street Zip Code. City United States There is no place for "state" and the format is not correct for US mail. Given the nature of the product I want to ensure it gets shipped to me. Can anyone help?
What I would do was print the order form as pdf and I would like to write to info@neosteel.de and then I will write in my mail address. and thereby get a dialogue with Reinhold Mende. good luck i am very happy with my belt ;-)

I've used ”City, ST” putting the city and state abbreviation in the City field and it seems to work fine although it does look a bit odd with the ZIP code in front. I've ordered things from Germany a couple times and have not had a problem.
Thank you all. Over a week waiting on a response to my email. I think I'm just going to mail my credit card number attached to the order form, hopefully it doesn't get declined since it's being run in a foreign country
Actually, once you have entered the information on that page and try to move on to the next page, it will flash up the page you just filled out and there will be a dialog box that comes up on it that then asks you to include the state, with an additional little box to put the state in.
