Through recent correspondence with Mr. Mende, I was informed that their option to get measured at the Neosteel office in Germany is no longer available. Does anyone have more information on why this is the case? I wanted to maximize the chances of the measurements being as correct as possible the first time without the costly and time consuming process of having to send it back through the mail for corrections multiple times. I have significant concerns after hearing several accounts of others having to do just that after not getting the measurements right, even with their kit.
