We are now looking for a new to us copy, but unfortunately the book is no longer available new, and used copies are outrageously priced. This may seem ridiculous, but buy the electronic version and print it yourself if you are insistent on having a paper copy, personally most of what I read is electronic, I like it because most (like Amazon) can be shared, so I have my copy and she has hers, but that is just my preference.
I do not have a kindle, I use the kindle app on my Samsung tablet and phone, and she uses the kindle app on the iPad and iPhone. As far as actually physically printing the electronic version. I have never tried ... so the printing part was just throwing out an idea.

There are Kindle apps for most platforms including PC, Mac, Ardroid (big ones and small ones) and iThings. All are free but don't allow your to print pages. Once you "own" the book you can access it from any of your devices.
With chrome you can print screens to PDF format and print that out Or if you are viewing it on an Android device by pressing power and the -volume button you can screen grap to a jpeg format and with a bit of work you can print them out also you can screen grab with Windows with the prtSc button then load Paint and paste then save as jpeg. I admit its a lot of work if you wanted a paper copy from your digital version but you could just print the chapters you want. And im sure there is more or easier ways to print the digital copy

As Disciplined Boyfriend pointed out you can use the Kindle "app" on your PC / Mac also ... so if it is a laptop and not a desktop it is still kind of mobile.
Received a copy of the Kindle book converted to Word by e-mail today. need to get it printed and put together in a book format now. Thank you DarkKnight
