    We just bought a leather version of a belt like this, it should arrive today. We're using it because the cage keeps giving my husband problems with his testicles slipping out. That won't happen with the belt we ordered and he'll be wearing this at night too.

    @WomenWearTheKeys: Yes, the locks are not high quality. One of the 2 on my belt failed, thankfully failing open, and had to be replaced.

    When the belt is applying a lot of pressure on the lock, it puts strain on the internals when unlocking. Unlocking while laying down, or whatever position that relieves pressure, works for me.
