My new Arc Chastity device

Hello, I have been using a CB3000, but I was instructed to get a metal device. After much deliberation I purchased a nice device called the Arc, and with an extra ring (different size) from a company called toys4 naughty boys....very appropriate don't you think. It was reasonably priced and came within 2 days, plain packaging. Anyway I can't wait to try it on, once I finish my present session in my CB, but I wanted to ask about the utheral insert. Never had anything in my pee pee hole, I need a little advice. Do I lube it, how long can I leave it in, how do I clean it and is it safe? Mistress insisted on an insert....so really don't have a choice...
