Hi slave4kris i had the same problem when i tried to get my CB6000 on the first few times until i was pointed in the direction of the stocking method by a kind adviser on this site. I think a popsock is possibly better. First off, put all of your goods inside the top of the popsock and then put the ring on - this avoids any pinching of some very tender skin! well, here are a few tips that may help. I am in the the 6000 also and have had to over come many issues, but can now wear it for weeks at a time. i use Q-tips and alot of lube to get it into the tube.
