Hi, Have just posted this update on our journey. I'm working late tonight so I can't pursue this for a couple of days at least. In the meantime, any further tips gratefully received. I want to appear firm (which is actually really difficult for me) but don't want to scare him. Also, is it ok to link to posts in this way?
