Here it is,just arrived today. I asked Dietmar for two mods, 8 bars instead of 10, and a15mm opening to make pissing easier. This is the last one I’ll ever buy, it’s my forever device.
It looks fantastic. Is it stainless steel or titanium? Also, I'm curious, what's the overall length of the device?
Hi @MrFlashKat . It’s titanium. Full dimensions: 80mm length from back of base ring to tip, internal cage diameter 35mm (this is his default measure, works great for me) and base ring at my perfect size of 54mm. Dietmar will make any millimetre measurement customers want. I just love these devices.
Thanks. My titanium Looker 01 is due to be shipped week commencing 14th June. I'm very excited. It's very similar to yours. Slightly shorter at 73mm, a wider end opening as yours has and the regular number of bars. I can't wait. I'm really looking forward to the lightness of the device.
He really does the best work...I am seriously considering asking him to do a custom looker 2 for the tetherspout, and I wonder if he could copy the spout for me and make it out of high grade titanium or stainless it would be a doddle for him I expect.
What do you want to be adapted for the tetherspout? I see some issues with wall thickness and the hexagon shape of the tether. I also would like to have more choices in retainer size and form.
Just a higher grade ss for the spout mainly...also the diameter of the spout only needs to prevent the retainer from sliding over it...its way larger than it needs to be. The hex part doesn't really need to be there if the holes are there to use a tamper tag...might be good to have larger holes..most of the cheap crimp tamper tags need a 1.6mm wire...the one I use is 1mm which works fine, but the larger wire wont fit, All that said there is probably no reason for a thread if the spout was a snug fit with the hole int he front of the looker, although maybe a bit of play would be a good thing...but securing the thread is a bit of a mind fuck Be good if the looker 2 came in titanium....I have to wear quite tight jocks to support the weight of the ss cage because of the constant pull on the tether can end up being a bit painful if its dangling on a cold day lol
