Okay, finally stepped up and ordered a Mature Metal Jail Bird. Emailed Mistress at MM with a few questions and she was very responsive and helpful - now it's a game of hurry up and wait...Really hope it's closer to 5-6 weeks as opposed to 8 but it is what it is.
Mine arrived between 6 and 7 weeks. You will be glad you ordered the best. Mine is only off for play time. The first time is was on for 45 days. This time it's only been on for 12 days with no sign of coming off anytime soon. My wife keeps the key in a combination lockbox from Home Depot.
Yep, I emailed Mistress MM earlier last week; She promptly replied I'm scheduled to be shipped out this Monday - Extremely Excited!
thats one area of concern for me. I have a CB6K right now and in jeans its ok but in dress pants my wife said its noticeable. I was hoping the Jailbird was less noticeable in khakis and dress pants.

Received my Jail Bird yesterday!! This cage is Beautiful and Awesome - Huge Thank You to @mistressmaturemetal and Her husband!!! Fun Fact: Mistress MM had me sent the tracking number as requested on Sunday. As is typical the USPS website only states a shipping order was created upon initially checking; that Sunday evening my Beautifully Sadistic Wife @n2toys told me she did not want me looking at the tracking and She'd check it (cage was being shipped to Her office) - on Sunday I was currently at my longest denial of 22 days and per my Wife I was not going to have any release until the Jail Bird arrived; so now an added Mind 'F' of not knowing exactly when the cage will be here... Arrived home last night after our Little League game to find a gift bag on my vanity; hear the BR door being closed and my Wife walking in with a big grin on Her face Opened up my/Her 'Gift' tp a beautiful work of Art/Cage - my Wife then told me She has decided I can and will wait until this Saturday for relief; up to me to either go ahead and try out the new cage now or wait until Saturday... Uh, no-brainer... I did sneak in a request that if I go ahead and put it on tonight "May I at least 'Worship' You in celebration?" This new cage seems to fit perfectly! Nice & tight and fits like a glove. Previous off-the-shelf Stainless Spiral was a bit too wide at 39mm i.d. - I am very much a grower. Went with a 1-3/8" id Jail B which seems to be perfect; takes a bit of Q-Tip manipulation putting on when blood starts to naturally flow but then perfect when calmed down and so far I LOVE the tighter 'Hug' of the cage... Overnight felt very good - planned on wearing the waist cable I had rigged to hold the spiral tight but looks like I don't need it; A-Ring is a 1-3/4" which is 44.45 mm VS 45 of the spiral - this cage just seems to fit so much better does not appear the cable is needed but always an option to use if desired. Upgraded to a Double Base Ring and one extra cage ring - both of which I'm glad I did. @mistressmaturemetal - Again, Thank You very much for the cage and putting up with all my Over-Analyzing questions. Hope you're doing well. @n2toys - Thank You!! Love You!! Note: I've been informed we'll play this weekend but I may or may not have an 'O' and if I am permitted to orgasm I don't know if it'll be Full or Ruined...

A bit of both aesthetics and function IMO - both my Wife and I liked the look of the extra cage ring and it does provide a bit of tighter section where the cage ring is compared to the vertical 1/8" thinner bars; don't get wrong, even the 1/8" bars are very rigid. We were debating between the MM JB and a Red Chili Tarantula; the Tarantula was a bit cheaper and my Wife liked the of the rings of the Tarantula better - however, I felt much more comfortable with Mature Metal with the timely (if not immediate) response to email questions; I also liked the return for adjustment options and the fact they were an hour drive from our house which is really irrelevant but I liked it. Showed my Wife a pic with the third cage ring and She liked how it looked. Thoughts now that I'm six days wearing the Jail Bird - I LOVE THIS CAGE!! It's almost like it was custom made for me... I'm a grower and looks like we found a perfect fit; initial trial-and-error with off-the-shelf cages had problems with some A-rings slipping down (45mm) and others being too tight and causing some sever edema (40mm). Ended up with a spiral 45mm A-ring, 39mm cage id, and a home-made s/s waist cable to hold tight - this worked until I decided to order a custom JB. I also upgrade to a double base ring (round); the ring is very comfortable and I 'think' the double ring helps to 'grip' a little better - went w/ a 1-3/4" id which is only .55mm smaller then 45mm on the Spiral, debated requesting a 1-11/16" which I understand MM can do but kept 1-3/4 thinking it'll be safer against edema and I had been very happy with my waist cable - I don't know if it's the 1/2mm difference or the double ring but it's noticeable tighter, d@mn near perfect I think. Saturday night @n2toys played with me. I'm over 50 and knowing it was to be a long night took a Kamagra (Viagra) - started out with the cage on for a bit straining beautifully; ultimately She removed the cage but left the A-ring on, just rotated the post behind my scrotum which worked perfect - removing the A-ring while very hard may not be possible but have not tried yet. We played for a couple hours and was told I was not allowed to cum even though it it had been 4 weeks and my longest EVER to go without cumming - after I was begging to cum She said I could and gave me a perfectly Ruined Orgasm. She had succeeded at maybe a 90% ruin previously but this time was right on the mark! At this point I was instructed to put the cage back on; figuring this will be difficult with the tighter cage I might have to use my old wider id Spiral to get thru the night - my Wife said no and to put on the new cage as She likes it much better - a little manipulation and help w/ a Q-tip and I was able to squash myself back into the cage... I love seeing posts like this. I ordered my jailbird as well from Mature Metal and I am waiting impatiently in my CB6000s. I can hardly wait for it.
So I have had my cage now for a week. I think I am in love again. It's so nice. I am still wondering if I should have got a bit smaller. The quality is excellent and I love the security screw.
@mistressmaturemetal as a reference for others. I am using the jailbird with a PA piercing that has a curved barbell. The jeweler sits in the spacing between the cage bars. I will have to get a picture up here for reference.
I'm sure you'll love it. Been about 2 months for me now wearing 24/7 except for weekly maintenance shaves for a few minutes in the morning and play time when I'm allowed out for teasing. I love everything about mine, it's very comfortable and very secure.
