I've been trying to improve the performance. If you can't see your old messages or contacts, log out of the site and clear your temporary internet cache and then log in again.
Dear @L-u-c-y , I keep having problems after this with the mini chat. I use an IPhone Xs. I already refreshed the cache, and I already wiped all websitedata. When I am in the chat I don’t see replies from the person I am chatting with. After logging out and logging back in I will see they’re replies. Could you do something about it, or is there something I can do myself? Thank you
I mayhave misunderstood this. I thought and to be honest also hoped but never thaought about it before now, that once one quit chat the entire conversation and history of it would be completely deleted as a matter of nornal practice. It appears I may be labouring under a misconception unfortunately. If a chat session it is not automatically deleted can we perhaps have the means to delete it please?
There is already the option to delete a chat if you click the arrow at the top of the chat box, but it will only delete it on your side of the conversation. The person you were chatting with can still see it, unless they decide to delete it as well.
That is great Lucy thank you. All past chats now sucessfully deleted. How do I now remove their names from the list as well please? Or just clean off all chat history. I think there must be a way because there are some people I have chatted with in the past that there appears to be no record of. I just like things tidy and don't like keeping clutter when its not needed.
