if Someone was looking into permanent chastity what material would u go with ? I was looking into the cb6000s but

    1. I think it’s to big for me
2.to big for long term wear and
    3. It’s a plastic.

So I am now looking at the master series exile. Bec
    1its metal
    2. It’s a proper fit at 1.75 inches in length
    3. Since it’s smaller it would be easier for long term wear and conceal.
4 comes with 3 ring sizes.

what do u guys think? My reasonings sound? Do u like metal over plastic? What chastity device would u suggest with a 2” flaccid penis?

Definitely metal over plastic. At that size, the weight is less of an issue too. The CB series is crap but I don't know about the other one.

I've never tried plastic, it seems too much like a toy. My metal ones give you the impression that they will keep you in check forever, if that is what she wants.

    Metal.
    Stainless steel is the best.
But don’t pay $109 to get a rebranded mass market chinese cage from LoveHoney. That’s silly.

Stainless steel all the way and solid base ring not hinged , just make sure it is stainless steel and not some cheap plated metal,

There is so many different types of stanless steel cages on Amazon . They might be from China but they have inproved over the years. I got a 1.75" stainless steel cage for $20 with shipping .
So I recommend going cheep until you know what you want .

Stainless steel is the most popular but some new designs in plastic have come out that are more open allowing for you to keep yourself clean. The only thing good about the CB 6000 is to get an idea of your ring size, save your money. Measure yourself many times and start with something inexpensive to see how close you are.
Their are many many posts on sizing here. Take the time to read them. Finding your perfect cage and being able to wear it 24/7 can take some time so don’t get discouraged. Rome wasn’t built in a day either.

    fair question.

All I’m saying the cages you find on DHGate or AliExpress, and Amazon (with long shipping times) for 25 are the same ones on LoveHoney and ExtremeRestraints sold for 100.

There’s one maker that upgrades and cleans up the Chinese devices and sells them semi-custom with made to order base rings.

I don’t know what the simple up-sellers get you for the extra money. If you’d spend 100, I’d recommend going for 160 and getting something nice. Otherwise go for the ones for 25

Can I go wrong with the bon4 chastity cage? It comes with a butt load of accessories. It costs a bit more though. It’s stainless steel too

    From our own experience:

Plastic CB-6000: No good, but kept as a "backup" that hasn't be used.
    Plastic Holy Trainer: Much better.
Stainless Steel: So far, the best of the three and the one I'm in right now.

    YMMV.

Hi @Sbot with regard to the bon4 stainless, my experience of that device was not a positive one, I found it to be heavy and very poorly finished , lots of sharp edges , inside of cage not smooth , loads of play in the ring hinge, shape of the cage I found uncomfortable , I could go on , to me it was one of if not the worst device I have owned in 19 years of wearing chastity devices
This is only my opinion and based on an early model , other people may have had better luck and later models may have improved although I think the design is still basically the same on newer types,
Given the current asking price and my experience of it definitely not a device I would recommend ,

Just to clarify , in my last post I made reference to cheap plated metal , I was not referring to the overall price of the device just in some cases the metal it is made from ie not stainless steel ,
as other people have pointed out you can now get some good solid stainless devices from ebay, amazon and dh gate, for low cost ,
Without knowing your preference on style of device and size its hard to point you in the direction of any one single device,

You already have a CB6000s. You should have an idea of what your base ring and ball gap is. Why spend $230-240 on base rings and ball gap spacers you won’t use?

With your experience “under your belt” ;) with the CB6000s, and your willingness to pay for a quality device, I’d look at MaleChastityNow.

Why? I don’t like square profile baserings. I like round stock better for long term comfort. Also, I see they’ve improved their hinged ring, and I don’t have one, but ones skin might still get caught. The Bon4 look very heavy to me. I find heavy devices drag down too much.

You can two of the three semi-custom devices from MaleChastityNow in shorter lengths, as you are in a CB-6000s like I was.

They both run $160 and you get an extremely well made base ring fully custom.

I bought a Contender five years ago, well before MaleChastityNow offered the semi-custom devices. It runs $320 for a fully custom cage. The base rings are interchangeable.

You can get this in any size you want, really.
    It’s my personal favorite.

    Plastic is Definitely superior.

    Not as heavy.
    Does not corrode.
    Much much more comfortable.
    More discreet.
    Very easy to keep clean.
    Airport safe.
    Much easier to urinate.

Stay away from any CB series products or cages that use a padlock.
