I currently wear a jailird and also have a PA. I have two problems with my JB and wondered if you guys could provide some input so my next device is ordered and potentially fits better. The first issue is then the cage twists and I have to recenter the cage. It doesnt happen a lot but usually its when I am sleeping and sometimes at the gym. The second is the cage pulling down. My first thoughts were if the ring was smaller it would 'hug' the body better. I don't wear underwear mostly because I am not a huge fan and also bc of the PA. The last question I have is what is the best option of securing a PA to the cage? I saw one which was obviously custom where there seemed to be a fitting at the bottom that went through the front of the cage and attached at the bottom. Anyone?
